Customizable class builds were gone, replaced by ones pre-made by Bungie. Randomly-rolled loot was gone too; now all one had to do was get a gun once and that was it. No more chasing godrolls. Supers were toned-down and put on an excessively long timer; the other abilities were too. There was "more" to do in the hub-worlds too, but it all somehow came-off as even more shallow than the activities available in the original. Throw an over-emphasized Eververse and a merely "okay" raid (with disappointing loot) on top of that and the recipe for a disastrous launch period is complete.

What's nice is that in the middle there's a little cavernous spot that works best for players who prefer a more up-close-and-personal playstyle. The Moon is an atmospheric place to visit and traversing the caverns the Hive call home produces a sense of dread that other locations in the Destiny 2 experience can't provide. The set costs either 6000 Bright Dust or 1500 Silver. For a straight comparison, 1500 silver is about $12-$15 depending on the silver bundle size purchased. Keep in mind, access to the entire Destiny 2 season of content and battle pass is 1000 silver. Bright Dust is a little trickier. The majority of players use a single Guardian as their only character in the game. A single character has the ability to earn 1200 Bright Dust per week if they complete all of the proper bounties. That means for one guardian to acquire their one set of armor, they’ll need to complete every available bounty for five straight weeks. The new Nightmare activities are against bosses that players have already fought hundreds of times. Seraph bunkers and towers are unique to Season 10, most likely set to disappear after season of the Worthy's completion. Ranking up seraph bunkers gives players a bonus in firepower in the seraph tower public event as well as within the legendary lost sectors. Tier 2-3 Gear can be earned from leveling up the bunkers and the ability to complete bounties that reward seasonal weapons. How to Complete Exodus: Evacuation in Desti

Destiny 2 is now in the midst of the Season of Arrivals, which as itself brought a new dungeon and public event to the game along with near weapons and gear to chase. So far it’s looking like a decent seasonal update and will likely serve as a good prologue to the major expansion, Beyond Light, coming this fall. Bungie has promised great content coming with Beyond Light (including the return of Hawkmoon!) as well as the "vaulting" of locations like Mars and Mercury. Seeing previous paid content get "vaulted" is concerning, but it should be fine so long as it comes back from time to time as has been promised. That issue aside though, the future is once again looking bright for Destiny 2. Let’s hope it stays that way.

The Seasons of the Drifter and Opulence added new modes such as the Reckoning and the Menagerie, gave lore-fiends interesting stories to chase, and re-introduced fan-favorite exotic weapons like Outbreak Prime, Bad Juju and The Truth. If it hadn’t been for the broken mess that was "The Revelry" event, these two seasons likely would have gone-off without much issue outside of the usual power and weapon balancing.

If it isn't hard enough taking on one faction of enemies in a strike, taking on multiple different types of enemies just feels like overkill at this point but that is exactly what players have to do in the Warden of Nothing strike. While players will mostly have to work their way through legions of Cabal to finish this strike, that doesn't mean the occasional Vex doesn't show up to ruin the mood. Add that with constantly having to avoid bullet trains at the most random of times, thus leaving players with their money's worth with this str
