Erdtree Avatars drop crystal tears for the flask of Wondrous Physic, which can grant the player various unique buffs upon consumption. Since there are so many potential builds and situations in Elden Ring, it's worthwhile to get as my tears as possible before starting a new run. There are seven avatars in total and they can be found in the following locations:

One can always use their favorite Ash summon, but there are a couple that are particularly good for fighting bosses near the end of the game. The first is the Mimic Tear Ashes of course. It doesn’t do a ton of direct damage like it did at Elden Ring’s outset, but it still has plenty of health and excels at distracting the enemy. Better yet, the summon uses all of your equipped weapons and items, meaning it can help trigger blood loss on enemies. If one doesn’t already have it, it can be fought and obtained near Nokron.

By this point in the game, one will likely be in the low to mid-hundreds as far as their level goes, so there should be a lot of points available for a re-spec. All the weapons typically employed by this build scale on Arcane, so that will be the stat focused most. Assuming a level 130 character, the stats should be something like this:

While wielding any of General Radahn's three associated weapons you will be able to replicate other attacks from his Caelid boss fight and the encounter at the end of Shadow of the Erdtree . His normal Starscourge Greatsword uses Gravity magic, while the Promised Consort weapons both implement Holy damage.

Updated August 13, 2024 by Erik Petrovich : Now that the Elden Ring DLC has been out for a while, it's no secret that General Radahn makes a return at the end of the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion, as Miquella's consort, and as the final boss. His new armor set and weapons can be purchased after defeating this version of Radahn, and this guide has been updated to reflect these new Elden Ring General Radahn build options. The Starscourge cosplay wouldn't be complete without a series of Gravity-based attacks, too, so this guide has been updated to also include some new recommendations on the best spells and Ashes of War for the best General Radahn build Elden Ring players can put together.

At the moment, the consensus seems to be that there are three weapons that compliment a bleed build best: the Rivers of Blood katana, Eleonora's Poleblade and Mohgwyn's Sacred Spear . To get the Rivers of Blood , players will need to go to the Church of Repose on the Mountaintops of the Giants . Upon arriving there, a named NPC will invade. Defeat him to claim the katana. Eleonora's Poleblade can be obtained at Second Church of Marika on Altus Plateau .

These aren’t exactly mandatory, but they do pair well with the above weapons. So, for starters, try to get the Shard of Alexander talisman, as it gives a big buff to the attack power of weapon skills. It can be obtained at the conclusion of Iron Fist Alexander’s questline. Next is the Lord of Blood's Exultation talisman, which increases attack power if blood loss is inflicted upon an enemy. This can be won from Esgar, Priest of Blood in the Leyndell Catacombs . Another handy talisman is the Godfrey Icon ; this one buffs charged spells and skills.


The Veteran's Set is a powerful and visually striking armor set in Elden Ring , offering moderate Weight and surprisingly high Poise. Its Physical and Lightning resistances are among the highest in the game, making the Veteran's Set a reliable and valuable choice for melee builds that will likely remain relevant until the end of the g


Players will have to unlock Mountaintops of the Giants in order to get to Castle Sol. It's an optional area but Mountaintops of the Giants is mandatory so unlocking that region is easy. To get to Castle Sol, players will simply have to head over to the northernmost part of the Mountaintops of the Gia


It's just there to frustrate the players once again and is just a mere nuisance in game design as players simply just run past it. It's topped off with one of the least logical pathways to a boss arena; somehow, coffins are a better transportation method than Torr
