Review: Destiny 2: Beyond Light

Our 2019 Game of the Year , Capcom’s remake of Resident Evil was an astounding addition to the PS4’s library. Despite being a linear game in a set map, Resident Evil 2 took a long time to load, especially when first booting up the game. While it didn’t reach the horrid minute mark, it always cut it too close. On PS5, the bootup time is cut in half, getting players in faster. There’s not a huge change when loading a save, but there’s at least a slight improvement.


The primary perk for Cold Front’s PvP god roll is Dynamic Sway Reduction. This passive buff increases the weapon’s stability and accuracy. This is more beneficial for console players than PC users, but is helpful across the board, nonetheless. The other options for rolls on this weapon are less useful in PvP given their situational use and running out of ammo in the Crucible is far more dangerous (which rules out Subsisten


Warmind's Protection - Since the SMG will be creating Warmind Cells as it kills enemies, this will in turn cause any enemies near a cell to cause reduced damage. This will basically allow the player to be able to shrug off even more damage on top of their shie


That final perk is Rampage. Unlike Swashbuckler (players buff their weapon’s damage with each weapon kill or with melee kills), Rampage can only be buffed through kills with the weapon itself, up to three stacks. However, using the Rampage Spec mod increases the length of time the buff remains active, though, not by much. This perk is the best option for Cold Front in SMG. Secondly, players will want to get Accurized Rounds. This roll increases the weapon’s range, combining with Hammer-Forged Rifling or Smallbore to make Cold Front more of a rapid-firing auto rifle at medium range. While the increased range will not make the gun as useful as a Destiny 2 scout rifle or hand cannon at longer ranges, the entire point of an SMG is to get closer to enemies anyway. Any Exotic - The upside to this build is that it doesn't require a specific exotic, so players can basically use whatever their favorite weapon is. A good idea though is to probably go with something for close-range fight


Opening the package, which basically functions as a legendary engram, has a chance of dropping the Glacioclasm void fusion rifle. It is an energy weapon that takes up players’ secondary slot in their character’s loadout. Placing some fusion rifle ammo finder mods in a helmet slot can help make this weapon as useful as possible in PvE, though, there are better uses of mod slots when completing in-game cont

Destiny 2: Beyond Light is a beautiful addition to an already gorgeous looking game. Despite releasing in 2017, Destiny 2 remains a beauty thanks to its strong artistic vision. Europa is an enchanting world to run through with its snow effects, glossy white lab interiors, and towering buildings. The game runs well, but the current-gen consoles' limitations still hold it back, and load times remain annoyingly long. Hopefully the release of the native next-gen versions on December 8 will truly unlock Destiny 2's potential on consoles.


The general consensus as to what constitutes a god roll for Destiny 2 ’s Glacioclasm differs between PvE and PvP. For PvE in Destiny 2 , most weapons benefit from Hammer-Forged Rifling or Smallbore. Smallbore gets the edge for the Glacioclasm on consoles, as it offers both range and stability. It took six years since EA got the exclusive rights to develop Star Wars console games, but last year we finally got our first, full-fledged action-adventure game from them. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order delighted with its story, gameplay and world design. Despite this, there were a few technical problems. In addition to bugs, glitches and frame rate issues, the game also suffered from, you guessed it, long loading times. This was particularly true when traveling between planets.
