After Michael went into "retirement," Trevor relocated to Sandy Shores and decided to do what he does best -- be a redneck. Jesse is only mentioned once throughout the game’s story-line by Jimmy De Santa during the mission "Reuniting the Family." Ultimately though, Jesse serves no purpose to the game’s story-line and is merely just an easter egg for players to find.
